RFrEAK is an
extension of
FrEAK
for problems in
computational statistics and interaction with R.
It adds a search spaces
called "boolean functions" and "subsets of points" to FrEAK which work
in the same way as
other search spaces described in the user's guide below.
In addition there is a button named "Quick Start GPAS" (Genetic
Programming for Association Studies) which allows quicker access to the
facilities of the new search space.
The interface to R is realized in an R package.
